Our founder, John Stephens Jr., established Stephens & Stephens Clocks in 1977 after graduating from Bowman Technical School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Over the course of 40 years, John has trained and surveyed a small team of excellent craftsman; all who aim to exceed customer expectations in the repair and restoration of their antique timepieces.
The team at Stephens & Stephens Clocks specialize in the repair and restoration of antique clocks, watches, and other mechanical timepieces. Each of our repairmen balance one another in their strengths and levels of expertise to offer customers the best solution to every problem. Although clock repair is not an exact science, our team has formulated a strong equation for the job!
As a family owned and operated business, Stephens & Stephens Clocks strives to turn customers into family. We value the happiness of every customer and encourage them to voice every thought, concern, question, and delight that they may have. With constructive feedback and our consistent passion for improvement, we hope to be successful for another 40+ years!

I bought my first clock at the age of 10 while I was vacationing in Cape May with my family. I have been fortune enough to learn the trade from John over the past ten years and I look forward to taking over the business when he retires.
I am honored to work alongside my grandfather (John Stephens) and play a part in running the family business! With eleven clocks of my own at home, I have a sincere passion for these timekeeping antiques.
Many of our loyal customers grow to know that Charlie is a a man of few words. The "perfectionist" of the shop, Charlie specializes in cuckoo clocks and woodwork.
I work 10 to 11 hours a day, I go home to eat and sleep, and I can't wait to return the next day. I am grateful for all the customers who continue to allow me to do what I love for a living.
